Soul Sister Diet Challenge Day 1

Heeeeeiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!

Day 1 is in the books, so howd we do?!

R:

Crossfit check

Squat/Lunge check

Water check (4 glasses whoa!)

  • Egg w. omelette w/ spinach, grilled chx, onion, & mushroom
  • Think Thin Bar Fiber 180 cal
  • Subway grilled chx salad 200 cal
  • 2 glasses of wine

Mon Butt:

I weighed in on Sunday (3/16) at 135. Down 1 lb, whoop. (Proably just water weight but a girl can dream, can't she!?)

Cardio workout; mix incline walk/run 3 miles ( nailed it girlfriend!)

  • 60 oz. of water (WHOA!) I was actually thirsty today haha. 
  • veggie chipotle salad
  • 2 slices of veggie/organic pizza. (Total fail today!)

Challenges?

* When I'm not physically active consistently, my body and metabolism slow down - it's hard for me to be hungry if I'm sitting like a bump on a log.
