America’s #1 diet and weight loss site with over 15 million members has released SparkPeople Workouts with Coach Nicole just in time for summer. Included in this boxed set are two full-length programs, 28 Day Boot Camp and TotalBody Sculpting. Also, it contains 2-week workout plans for beginner, intermediate, and advance levels, three tricks to burn more fat, moves for a better butt, leg toners you can do at work, and recipes. In addition, it has free access to meal plans and SparkPeople’s online workout club.

 As for the pros, exercise trainer Nicole Nichol’s positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm encourages you to get up and move. While you are exercising, the real-life models demonstrating various levels in the background make you feel like you are hanging out with your friends. The routines in both DVDs are varied and very challenging. You can even customize your workout with 12, 20, and 30 minute segments based on the amount of time you have in your schedule. My only con centers on the numerous squats and lunges. If you have knee or ankle issues, this program might be too taxing on your joints. My best advice is to try it slowly and see. You might just need to modify some of the routines. Remember, it’s always best to check with your physician/health care provider before starting a new exercise program. Overall, I highly recommend this boxed set.
