Marinade
We use the Italian Dressing from Wishbone as a marinade for chicken. We marinade the breasts we put on the grill, and we also use it as a marinade for kabobs on the grill. We love it!!!
Subs and Wraps!
That Wishbone Italian is a must have for all of us it seems! There is nothing more yummy or calorie saving than using it on your wraps and subs instead of heavy mayo or other dressings! Try it, and you will definitely agree!
Why I Love Wishbone
Wishbone dressing makes me squeal!
I use the Wishbone Salad
I use the Wishbone Salad Spritzers on my salads. The Italian dressing makes a wonderful marinade for grilled chicken.
Wish Bone Recipes
On a ski trip, we were snowed in unexpectedly. All that was in our ski in/ski out cabin was a few potatoes, bacon, cheese and Wish Bone Recipe. I baked the potatoes, cut the half, scooped out the insides, mixed wiith salt, pepper, Wish Bone Ranch Dressing, carefully scooping back into shells, topping with slices of cheese, Wish Bone Ranch and bacon bits - it has become a staple in our house - Thanks Wish Bone for making such great products

I use Wishbone Italian
I use Wishbone Italian Dressing for my fabulous pasta salad. My kids love it, and every time I take it to a potluck, someone asks for the recipe. I boil pasta (any shape will do, but my kids like Farfalle), then throw in some spinach at the end to wilt it. Drain, then add chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, some healthy squeezes of Wishbone Italian Dressing, and some feta cheese. Yummy!
Here's a new and

i put wishbone dressing on cut up apples - it keeps them from turning brown. Mix in chopped celery, raisins, nuts, etc....
We Love Wishbone dressings
My husband and I just love fresh veggies but man (or woman for that matter) cannot live on salad alone.
That's why we love a great stir-fry every now and then with or without meat.
It's easy to make with Wishbone Light Italian dressing.
Combine 1/2 cup Wishbone Light Italian salad dressing, 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 tsp. ground ginger. Add to your stir-fried meat and vegetables.
Serve over rice or even as a wrap. It's soooo very good.

My family loves my potato salad...one version I have is 3 lbs red potatoes, peeled, cubed & boiled, 1/2 cup mayo and 1/4 cup Wish-bone Ranch Dressing...chill and then top with bacon bits...delicious!
We also use Wish-bone Blue Cheese dressing to top our cheeseburgers from the grill...so good!
use it for alot
mix with meat in pitas, marinate with meat and grill, use instead of mayo-mustard for a change of pace..I even add some to biscuit mix and make it creamier and yummier
What DON'T I use it for?!
I can't think of a single variety of WishBone that I don't like. The one I use the most, however, is the Italian. It makes a great marinade for grilled chicken or steak! Several of the flavors, when mixed with a bit of sour cream or yogurt, make for awesome veggie dips for parties, way better than those pre-made dips, too!

Fajitas!
I have a beef fajita recipe that involves marinating flank steak in Italian dressing - Wish-Bone, of course! - with chopped green chiles. It's best to marinate it all day, then grill and slice, or slice and saute. Yum!

I like the House Italian for salad and the Italian in a cold spaghetti salad
Wish-Bone
I like to use Wish-Bone dressings as marinades for chicken. It makes for great tasting meals meals with little effort on my part!
Wishbone Dressings
iLight Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette is my favorite dressing!
And here is my favorite recipe that I found online~
Grilled Swordfish Vinaigrette
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 10 Minute(s)
Marinate Time: 30 Minute(s)
Cook Time: 12 Minute(s)
Ingredients
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Fat Free! Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. capers, chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
4 swordfish, salmon or tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 lbs.), 1 inch thick
1. For marinade, combine all ingredients except fish. In large, shallow
nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, add fish and 1/3 cup of the
marinade; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in
refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes. Refrigerate remaining
marinade.
2. Remove fish, discarding marinade. Grill or broil fish, turning once
and brushing with refrigerated marinade, until fish flakes with a fork.
Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Fat Free! Italian Dressing.
three bean salad
I make a wonderful and healthy three bean salad with fresh green beans, kidney beans and chick peas mixed with red onion and Wish Bone Italian salad dressing.
Omelet
I made an omelet with tomatoes and basil and added ranch dressing. It was pretty good!
Taco Salad Dressings
In the summer, I love to use a little Wishbone Light Ranch on a hearty taco salad with salsa and seasoned ground beef, or a little Wishbone Light Italian on a salad with chicken marinated in the same Wishbone dressing & doused in cumin and lime and grilled.
I get my Mexican night vacation-y dinner feel for less calories and sodium than a vat of enchiladas.
Now if only Wishbone made light beer, I'd REALLY be set!

Wish-Bone
I like to make chicken salad with baked chicken breast. So i use the Wish-Bone Italian or Balsamic Vinegarette to marinade the chicken and it gives the chicken breast a great flavor
Ranch is the new Ketchup
I'm not sure that my son could live without Ranch dressing. He dips veggies, soy nuggets, veggie burgers, and his new favorite--a little bit on hard boiled eggs. He also uses it instead of Mayo on sandwiches.

Yum!
My favorite recipe I've made so far is a rotini pasta salad with rotisserie chicken salad, kalamta olives and artichoke hearts with Italian dressing.
Mom's Chicken
In the summer I love to marinate boneless chicken breasts in just about any Wishbone salad dressing that I have in the Refrigerator.
Buffalo Chicken Sausage Sandwiches
I use Wish-Bone Blue Cheese as a topping on a Buffalo Chicken Sausage Sandwich then sprinkle some diced celery on top.
Salad
I'm not much of a cook so I eat a lot of salads. Wish-Bone makes so many different dressings that I always have a new taste!
Pork chop marinade/tenderizer
We like to marinate our pork chops in it. Take a Large closeable storage bag and put 1 cup for 4 bone in pork chops. Shake around then Marinate for 4-6 hours in frige. They really absorb the flavors and never come out dry.
Pasta Salads
I love Wishbone Italian in pasta salads with lots of fresh veggies. Yum!

Chicken Ceasar Salad
I mix 1 cup of their Ranch dressing with 1/4 cup of grated Parmesean, 2 cups of leftover grilled or boiled chicken (diced or chopped into 1/2 inch or smaller pieces), and 4-5 cups of shredded romaine lettuce and I get the worlds most fabulous chicken caesar salad in MINUTES.
This is really important to me because I work a full time job and so does my hubby, so by the time I get home it’s around 5:30 p.m. and I have a starving hubby coming home at 6:00 p.m. and two starved kids waiting for me.
Venison Barbeque
My DH is an avid hunter,so we always have a freezer stocked with venison.I'm a NYC girl,so I was never a big fan of the "gamey" flavor of venison, but my family and I
loved this recipe. It tasted like the best cut of beef you could get.I could not believe how tender it was, thanks to the easy Wishbone marinade! My children couldn't get enough, and it was super
easy.Be sure not to cook the venison for too long,or it toughens up.
* 1 (16 ounce) bottle Wishbone Italian salad dressing (may use Light Italian)
* 4 (1/2 pound) venison steaks (makes 8 servings) Marinate the venison meat over night in the Wishbone Italian dressing.Be sure to Flip meat over
at least one time during the marinading process.
Cook the venison meat on the grill over medium-high heat.Cook for 20-30 minutes or until done to your preference.
No time for a barbeque? This recipe can also be done on the stovetop.Follow the same steps for the marinade, but cook the venison meat with all remaining marinade in a
frying pan for 20-30 minutes or to your preference.Using all the marinade makes an excellent gravy for
wild rice!
