Spring 2013 Makeup Trends
With Spring right around the corner, it's hard for me to resist from jumping right into spring makeup and fashion. Heck, I wanted to break it out before the New Year! So, I've decided I'm doing it anyways.
Just like our men, makeup trends change every year. Here are some makeup ideas to get you pumped about the new season.
NAKED LASHES AND BOLD LIPS:
Makeup artist James Kaliardos for MAC did this look for a 2013 show. To get the exact lip, simply use MAC’s Process Magenta Chromographic Pencil.
NAKED LIPS AND BLUE EYES:
Just by walking into Sophora this spring you feel like you're in the ocean. Teal is definitely a must on the eyes this season.

THE SUTLE FLUSH:
Makeup artist Pat McGrath has said many times that there’s nothing like a natural glow especially during the spring. By mixing two pink blushes, applying one on the peachier side first and the darker pink second, you will have the perfect flush of pink on your cheeks. Some good examples would be MAC’s Fleur Power and Dollymix.
The colorful lower lash line trend somehow comes back every year, so much that it really isn't a trend anymore- it's a "must be done". Not to mention, there’s so many ways to wear color on your lower lashes. Sport it like Taylor by connecting the darker color in your crease to the outer part of the lower lashes and gradually get lighter towards the inner corner as you connect the tear duct color to create an ombre look.
