Let's face it, pretty much any time one spends shopping for makeup and beauty products is like Christmas, but Christmastime it is particularly Christmas-y, due to amazingly-priced stocking stuffers and true beauty bargains. I've scoped out some of my favorites here; the brands and quality are excellent, and the prices -- all under $25 -- are most definitely right.

1. Bliss Hand Cream Duo ($11)

This set contains a tube of High Intensity cream, and a tube of Blood Orange + White Pepper cream. Bliss's lotions and creams are excellent, and the scent of the Blood Orange + White Pepper one here is divine. Now, I've already written about my own issues with hand creams, but that shouldn't stop you from buying this if you're NOT crazy like I am. This set would also make a great hostess gift, if you're attending any parties in the coming weeks, which I suspect you might be.

2. Philosophy Gingerbread Girl Set ($20)

I -- no joke -- wait for this set to come out ever year. The bracing, spicy gingerbread scent of the shower gel and lotion is amazing, and just smells like winter, to me. (The box it comes in is cute, too!)

3. Stila Moscow Travel Palette ($10)

I am a huge, huge fan of Stila's Convertible Color (a multipurpose pot of lip and cheek color) which itself retails for well over $10, so this set -- which also includes four sheer, blendable eyeshadows in beige, sheer blue, copper, and brown -- is a fantastic value.

4. Tarina Tarantino Mini Gem Glossette Set ($25)

Be still my heart! The sheer volume of glosses! The variety of shades! The adorable little tubes! I haven't yet tried the Tarina Tarantino line, but I think this may be my first purchase.

5. L'Occitane Invigorating Verbena Set ($24)

Another one in the "lovely hostess gift" category, this set of verbena-scented shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and soap is a perfect, safe gift for pretty much anyone.
