1/2 lb Sausage (whatever kind you prefer or even hamburger meat)
1/2 green pepper
Fresh or Shredded Mozzarella cheese (which ever you prefer)
A container of fresh mushrooms
Cook the meat and the veggies all in one pot until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
While the meat is cooking you can get your mushrooms ready by taking out the stems ( I usually twist mine off - although sometimes my mushroom will break in half but I will still use it)
Place the mushrooms in a baking pan (set the oven to 350 degrees)
Once the meat and veggies are cooked - take a spoon and fill the mushrooms with the mix and then add your cheese (as much or as little as you'd like)
Bake for 15-20 min on 350 degrees....
I usually do about 15 minutes then when i take them out I put them on a plate, but will tip them sideways to drain any juice from the mushrooms.
Last step is to enjoy!!! That will usually make about 8 stuffed mushrooms!
