Health vs. Self-esteem
My question would be:
How would Jess recommend reconciling maintaining or improving self-esteem, specifically around body issues, even when one knows that one actually would be healthier if they got more fit...including losing weight?

How has Jess successfully convinced other
women that
"Life doesn't begin five pounds from now"?

What do they tell me?
"I just need to get in shape first."
What does Jess and what do you two recommend I say to friends who are willing to put themselves in a corner until their bodies change? Particularly since I think in some cases that the physical self is an excuse for other fears, which really is terrible for their health and self-esteem?

Separating Mental Body Image from Happiness?
Women perceive their body's to be larger than they actually are. Similar to the questions raised above,
Do you have an exercise that helps women separate their view of happiness from their mental image of their body?
I look forward to hearing the Podcast!
