Complicated food is great.
For most of us though, simple food is better. I'm all about meals that most people could ACTUALLY make (and would want to), with ingredients that are ACTUALLY available (and on a sometimes meager budget!).
I have a major sweet tooth problem, so there are lots of cookies. And brownies. Also cheesecake.
Plus a fair dose of vegetables. And bacon. You know... for balance.
