Today I am thinking of going to an Arts and Crafts Show in Port Warrick which is in either Hampton or Newport News, Virginia.... never have been able to keep those two cities straight. I am interested in not just seeing the work but conversing with the artists about doing a show. I did a show about a week ago and it was a bomb, hardly anyone came, I had one sale and that didn't even cover the booth fee.

I have been doing some research for taking watercolour classes. Presently the medium I use is color pencil and most people think I use watercolor. Shucks, if I can create watercolor paintings that look like my 'pencil paintings' then I am all for it... it takes a lot of work to do a pencil painting!

Healthwise I've been doing good. The Fibromyalgia has been on the easy side right now, not much pain but definietly fatigue has been hanging around! For about a year I had been swimming a mile a day in a warm water pool and had lost 20 lbs but they closed the pool several times for maintainence - a month span of time - I regained that 20 lbs because I am out of my schedule but I have started running on my treadmile at home. The running is harder on this old lady body (I'm 52) but I fell in love with running back in the '90's. At this time I usually run 5 K - 3.1 miles. I do get some of my weird pain which no one can explain. The prevelent pain lately has been the sides of my knees, yes, the sides of my knees. It feels like I am pulling muscles or tendons there but the Dr just shook his head. He did say he thought I had arthritis in my knees because they pop all the time. I'm not worried about popping knees, that doesn't hurt.

My hubby is cooking our breakfast: cheese eggs- YUM! so I have to go!
