Super Quick Yogurt and Granola Breakfast


Do you ever forget to eat breakfast? Sadly I have on occasion. I’m not sure how that happens but for one reason or another I go about my morning and don’t feel hungry but then all of a sudden hunger pangs and I’ve just realized that I missed my opportunity to start out my day healthy. Being ravenous never ends up with good food choices. 


So here I have a super quick yogurt and granola breakfast. You can even prepare it the night before and have it ready to go in the morning. Just place each serving in a separate container and when you get up just dump everything in a bowl. Ok so we have breakfast covered. Now just don’t forget to let out your dog. I’ve done that before too! Poor Andre.


Serves 1


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 120 calories
  • 1/4 cup Love Crunch Granola 130 calories or try my Nut Free Crunchy Granola
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries 82 calories


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and serve. Now you can get on with your day.
