Susan Powter: Letter To My Body

When I stopped worshipping myself/obsessing about my body and rearranged my priorities, the weight came off. Food is not the most important thing in life.
What is more important is participation in life.

I love how she says the body-mind it's all connected! So true.

I really want to know, but cannot access the video. Most video hosting sites are blocked here and I cannot see Susan's letter to her body. Is there a written letter anywhere?

I love the way she speaks. Watching her video reminded me that I still have a "Stop the Madness" book at home. I think it's a cookbook. I can't remember, I haven't looked at it in so long. I may have to dig that out!

I have not seen her in ages and I was wondering where she was. She still has the power to hold yoru attention. She still makes sense. I may have to check her out.
