At BlogHer, all members, topics and blogrolls have a RSS and Atom feed for updates. Most RSS feeds are linked below, and anywhere you see this little orange square (above), you can click to get the feed. (More on using RSS, Atom here.)

Your own feed will follow this convention:
http://blogher.org/blog/USERNAME/feed .
Note that any spaces in your username become hyphens: "Jane-Doe" is right; "Jane_Doe" or "Jane Doe" are wrong.
