Tag editing in profile

I'm new to the site, and was trying to update my profile, but every time I went to update the tags, all of the tags to fill out would be overlapped by the bio box, and I'm unable to fill out the tags. I tried in both Firefox, and IE, just in case it was a problem with the browser, but I found that it happened in both browsers. I'm assuming, then, that this is more of an internal BlogHer problem, then? Or is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Looks ok for me

I have looked at your account twice, in both Firefox and IE and am not seeing the tag menu overlapping the bio box.

Can you try doing a hard refresh and see if that bounces everything back into place? (Hold the CTRL key down while you click the reload/refresh button on your browser.)

If that doesn't do it, send me an email (denise@blogher.com) so that I can ask you more questions about your system/display.

profile issue

I"m also having issues with my profile. I see in my profile that it provides a way to share some faves. But I don't see where I go to fill those in. I just joined today.

Tag Profile

Click My Profile in the top right corner of the page, then select "edit my profile". From there, click "tag profile" and then click the word "Tags". This will expand the tag menu allowing you to add those tags to your profile.

having the same problem....

Hi guys,
I'm having the same problem. I can see where I SHOULD be able to edit my tags, but the menu never expands into something I can modify. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm using both Firefox and Safari. Neither seems to work. Also, I don't think my RSS feed has worked either?

Amy...

I just took a peek at your tag profile and when I click the word "tags" the full tag menu does expand. If it does not expand for you, can you tell me about your system please: (PC or Mac, operating system, which browser and what's the version of the browser that you are using)

Regarding your RSS feed, we're having a problem with all "atom" feeds and since you're on Blogger, that's what you're using. The profile folks are working on the problem.

This just in: Now all I can

This just in:
Now all I can see is "Tag Profile"--nothing happens when I click it except it reiterates my basic info screen.

Not sure what I am doing wrong but appreciate your help.
