This is a fabulous coating for chicken and pork...and homemade makes it better!Ingredients:Dozen Club crackers--crushed to fine2 tsp paprika3 Tbsp season salt2 Tbsp flourSalt and Pepper to tasteDirections:Combine all ingredients in a large closable plastic bag.  Add pieces of rinsed chicken or pork and shake to coat evenly.  This will coat 4-5 pork chops or pieces of chicken.Enjoy!!!...more

How to menu plan with veggie boxes

Yes, I did it (again)! The last few years, I've been subscribing to different veggie boxes or complete weekly menu boxes, to see what works for me. When I lived in my student town, there were different possibilities to subscribe to biological veggie boxes. To me, the biggest disadvantage was that it was a subscription. Where I live now, there's a very similar system, but you can decide each week if you sign in for next week's box.
