Recently I warned the MeatlessMonday fans there was going to be a few weeks of garden-loving recipes coming up here while we hang on to the last days of summer, so if you don't have a garden or a nearby farmers market, my apologies. But for everyone with fresh tomatoes, corn, and basil, I think this Lemony Farro Salad with Basil and Tomatoes from Sarah's Cucina Bella really does sound perfect for right now.
Per usual, we have too many projects to do and not enough time. I don't know if it's the change of seasons that we are now feeling the rush of fall 'to-dos', but it's getting to be crazy!
