This is my first post I am going to try it out and see how it goes... I am disabled, have a lot of issues with my health... Its been a bad two or three years... My health is not very good this last 10 years or so but the last 3 I has been the worst... It started out I gained some weight and blossomed to 300 pounds UGH... Then I hurt my left knee and had to have surgery to repair which made me unable to walk normally for a few months almost a year... ...more
