I'm not going to write this post like I'm a health guru. I'm not. I love natural and modern medicine. They both have a place in my life. What I do not love is having to go to the doctor multiple times a month spending money on copays that go up every year. I try to avoid doctor trips as much as I can. These items below are my health arsenal anytime the girls and I try to get sick.

Sometimes it happens suddenly. Other times it sneaks up gradually as part of the aging process. But one thing is true for all — hearing loss will affect your life. The degree and type of impact is partially up to you.
Meditations- They can bring focus, relaxation and peace of mind into ones life. There are a lot of different ones to choose from. Find what works for you- something that you could see yourself doing everyday. It does not have to be long. I do short ones during the week and longer meditations on the weekends. I start my morning with my daily stretching/Yoga moves before I start my meditating.
