The Whole Egg

Italian Baked Eggs

I have been on an egg rampage as of late. Poached eggs, scrambled eggs, and now baked eggs! Just like poached eggs, baked eggs are set on the outside, but those beautiful golden yolks are just as runny and gooey on the inside!
