I actually created a Pandora channel for myself called "guilty pleasures" Somehow it gave me permission to add music that I felt embarassed about - even though I was the only one who knew about it. I highly recommend creating folders for bookmarks or music that you really want but won't let yourself have.

It was Peter Benchley who wrote the book who came to regret it years later, after he realized that many shark species were becoming endangered.  The biggest threat to shark populations are Asian nations who kill them for the fin which gets processed into soups and medicines.

Steven Spielberg directed the movie Jaws when he was only 25 years old.  It was his first major motion picture and it went on to become the first official summer "blockbuster" at the box office.

Best Tear Jerker Movie Guilty Pleasure: "Terms of Endearment"  If you don't cry when Debra Winger looks at her Mom one last time in the hospital before she dies, you're a sociopath.  If you don't swoon when Shirley MacClaine is lying with her new astronaut boyfriend (Jack!) while he describes his best moment in space.....and she says..."this is my best moment"....see the wizard of Oz for a new heart.

Best Guilty Food:  Sprinkles Cupcakes, especially the red velvet ones.  Big, fat, dense, fat and sugar bombs.  Worth the diabetic coma.

Best movie to be depressed by: I guess it depends on my level of depression, and whether it's raining out, but Stella Dallas with Barbara Stanwyck is a three hanky movie.  Or, I can easily watch all episodes of Upstairs Downstairs.
