After she fell in love with the dish at a local Thai restaurant, Susan from FatFree Vegan Kitchen re-created this Thai Black Pepper and Garlic Tofu at home. For tofu fans who don't mind a little heat, this sounds like a perfect Meatless Monday dinner. Susan makes hers lower in fat than the restaurant version by baking the tofu and steam-frying the vegetables, so her recipe is perfect for anyone who's thinking about losing a few pounds.
