We just ended the holdiay season with a movie party at my house. My husband's family came over and we had birthday parties/ Sunday Dinner/ movies in the basement. This ended a month of schedule-less activities.
As much as I hate conforming, I think I hate lack of routine even more... that is other people's routines. I like to know that everyone else is going to be at work, or in "school" (we homeschool) at certain hours and I can work/blog undisturbed. From the first of December through the first of January, we have not had regular classes and my husband's work schedule has also been a bit erratic.
Yes. I'm a bit of a scrooge, and I am glad to have my solitude back.
