That's Right, There's Water Coming Out of My Nose. What?
By Charis Brown Malloy on November 17, 2010
With the winter approaching and everyone having sniffles and coughs and throat-clearings and the like, I thought it would be a good idea to share my secret weapon against chilly weather maladies.
(don't be afraid. It really looks stranger than it feels, promise.)
On another note, some sweet potato fries just came out of the oven and they are filling my house with the most delectable aroma. I don't think I can resist them for much longer.
To explain: Yes, we're raw foodists. But we're NEWLY raw foodists, and haven't quite figured out how to satisfy those hearty-food urges when the cold temperatures arrive. Besides, being in a cooler environment burns calories and I'm wasting away, people! Something needs to stick to my hips. So bring on the sweet potato fries, quinoa (coming soon), and garlic popcorn.
On that note, have a lovely day. And get a neti pot.
