Things I Am Learning About Peace

I have had problems with stress, depression and anxiety since forever. I can remember struggling with insomnia as young as five years old and I never understood what it meant to have peace. My heart was always pounding, my tummy full of butterflies and in any situation, I have always jumped to the worst possible, most irrationally insane conclusion. I just wanted to share a few of the things that I have learned (and am still learning) to put into practice to deal with this.


  • Let God be your first point of contact.  Before you write a Facebook status about it, before you call your friends - PRAY.  He already knows the situation, talk to him about it, ask for guidance and be open to a response.
