You know those moments when
your child behaves so absolutely perfect that you are just
overwhelmed
with pride. Well, I had one last night. One of my girls had such a
great day and topped it off by digging in an eating all of her dinner,
that I just had to take her for a special treat. ( Meanwhile her sister
threw her dinner on the floor twice and refused to eat) So, I rewarded
her by taking her to Marble Slab for ice cream. We ordered our ice
cream, but when it was time to pay the cone holder wasn't there. Yikes!
So, I took a chance and handed her cup to her. I figured she would run
around and be silly while I paid. She didn't. She walked strait to the
table, put her cup on it, climbed in the chair, and politely began to
eat her ice cream. I was so impressed, even the family next to us said
they were impressed. I was so proud of her I could hardly stand it. To
add even more cuteness to it, when I walked over to the table, she
patted the seat beside her and said " Hop on Mommy!" These are the
moments I live for.
