Earlier this week I wrote a love letter to Our Hen House, including a simple recipe for Rhubarb Banana “Ice Cream” and today I am on the Our Hen House podcast, episode 162, sharing 5 Tips on Relocating as a Vegan. What an honor!

JL is a powerhouse; stay tuned to find out why.(And don’t miss JL’s campaign to raise id="mce_marker",095 — that’s id="mce_marker" for each day she’s been vegan — to support Our Hen House’s efforts to change the world for animals!)

I had so much fun talking to Jasmin and Mariann about food and activism and it is true that while these tips are helpful to those of you relocating or planning a move, these are tips that will help you, the new vegan, right now in your own community!

Also I share a couple of news items, including: [click to continue…]
