Toddler Meal Ideas + Moms Empowering Moms

This week has flown by, can't believe tomorrow is Thursday!

The weather was amazing today. I worked from home and got to take things outside with Sofia for a few, we were even able to open the windows. Ahhh fresh air!

Here's another sampling of a day of meals for Sofia. As always, leave your mini meal faves in the comments below, I love reading them!

Breakfast

Usually I make Sofia scrambled eggs and toss in American cheese, but we've been on a hardboiled egg kick lately, so the cheese gets the side dish. Served with blueberries and clementines.

Lunch

Each week I cook some pasta (ditalini, mini farfalle & stelline are our go-to's) and throw in some frozen veggies just before turning the burner off, drain and mix with a little olive oil then store in a container. For lunch, I added in turkey and cheese. Served with strawberries.

Snacks

Sofia has been all about Pirates Booty lately, I can't blame her, I have a serious addiction to white cheddar popcorn. We live for cheese.

Dinner

Crockpot Nacho Sauce full of cheese, beans and meat. Mixed with corn tortillas and lettuce. Served with veggies (mixed with a dab of butter) and bananas & blueberries.

I would like to take a moment to say us Moms need to stick together.

We've all been given the same precious gift; to love, nurture and care for our babies. At the same time, we have different views and opinions when it comes to this, and that is something I'm personally totally ok with. All I hope is that we can respect one another and create a network of Moms empowering Moms. The world is full of negativity, so let's come together to form a lifelong circle of positive support, a support system that will be here when our babies grow up to be Moms.

It's hard enough navigating motherhood as it is, I just don't understand why women constantly beat each other up.

Before you judge someone, remember, we're all going through something no matter how big or small. Be the light in their life, you may be the helping hand they need.

And that my friends, feels much better than being an a**hole.

Nothing in particular happened, if you are wondering. Just my opinion. :)
