{Tone It Up} Seven Day Slim Down

Hey y'all! How is everyone? Things are pretty great around here, even for a Monday! WHAT is up with that? This morning instead of my usual cardio, I opted for 30 minutes of pilates, due to a little chest cold I have going on :(. I blame it on the temperature here in NoLa FINALLY dropping when I'm outside for hours for parades. Haha! Today also marks the start for my Tone It Up Seven Day Slim Down. This slim down is part of the Tone It Up nutrition plan and is perfect for special events and jump starting your weight loss. A lot of the girls started the slim down last week for Valentine's Day. I'm starting mine today for a Mardi Gras ball this weekend. Priorities, people. Today's meal plan looks a little something like this: M1: Slim Down Scramble, Meta-D & Coffee M2: Grapefruit & Kombucha M3: Massaged Kale Salad, Grilled Chicken & a Pear M4: ThinkThin Bar M5: Dinner with friends. I'm thinking a Salmon Salad sounds pretty amazing right now. M6: {if I'm still hungry after dinner} Greek Yogurt with Cinnamon After work, I wanted to go for a jog, but I don't mess with colds when they are in my chest. Instead I'm thinking two rounds of TIU's V-Day workout and a nice slow walk with little Sydney. Speaking of Sydney, did y'all know dogs can get colds?? Sydney has been sneezing constantly, and has a runny nose. The vet said she has a little viral infection. Poor baby. I hope she gets better soon, because I know she is missing day camp! Sorry for the shorter post today and lack of pictures. I have a busy morning ahead of me! More tomorrow :) How was your weekend? Do you like to do certain slim downs for special events?
