Founder and CEO of Cooking.com
Tracy Randall has been the CEO of Cooking.com since 2008. She co-founded the company, acting as the COO and President prior to 2008. During her tenure as CEO, Tracy has brought in new investment and management to transform the business from a single destination domain to a platform business. Cooking.com’s mission is to transform online shopping in the food and cooking space by going to the customer, building innovative and entertaining experiences with trusted brands. Cooking.com currently operates e-commerce storefronts for leading brands such as, Food Network, Starbucks, Calphalon, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen and Marley Coffee.
Prior to Cooking.com, Tracy was with the Walt Disney Corporation from 1994-1998. During her tenure with Disney, Tracy was part of a New Business Development team that launched the Disney Store Online as well as led Disney’s retail expansion into Singapore and Australia. Prior to Disney, Tracy spent four years with Anderson Consulting. Tracy has a BS in Engineering from University of Illinois. And, she is an avid mountain biker in her spare time.
