What are fans of the HBO vamp show to do until season 4 premieres in summer 2011? You could catch up on Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire Mysteries books, on which the show is based. You could rent Six Feet Under, also by Alan Ball and very worthy. You could go check out what Bella's up to, or see what the Vampire Diaries is all about.
Or there's always a little reminiscing to do. This summer provided more than its share of memorable moments. Here are mine:

5. Sookie + Bill IRL: Anna Paquin Marries Stephen Moyer
4. Gay vamp sex scenes. My, it's hot in here.
3: That drippy, bloody True Blood cover of Rolling Stone. There needs to be a word that describes something that's hot AND gross.
2: All the Sookie vs. Snooki comparisons this summer (I'm particularly fond of Sookie or Snooki: Who Said It? by BuzzSugar).
