Turning the Guest Room into a Winnie the Pooh Nursery

After months of talking about it, the nursery is finally done! Our guest room is no longer a storage/guest room, but an adorable, gender neutral, Winnie the Pooh nursery. Note-The photo-bombing by Cheetos is inevitable :) 

1.  I don’t know about you, but our spare room was filled with everything that we just didn’t feel like going through or cleaning out over the past 3 years. It took a few weekends to send things to good will and put the rest in its appropriate place, but we finally finished!


2.  After the room was cleaned out, it was time to paint.  I made sure we had pizza and beer for our helpful friends, since I was no help in the painting department.  After the paint dried, it was time for my wonderful husband to start assembling the crib and dresser.  I am happy to report that nothing is wobbling and we only had a few extra screws. (He claims they are meant to be extras)


3. Time to organize the gifts so we can see what we have and still need.
