Ever since I started practicing yoga regulary, (about 3 times a week) I felt more energized, strong and healthy. I also never
got sick, while my friends and family were constantly fighting off a cold or flu.
Yoga twists are excellent for cleansing and detoxifying. This is
especially true if practiced on a regularly. Toxins can build up in the
body and eventually cause illness and disease. Twists are great to massage your organs. This allows the organs to work
more efficiently and effectively by cleansing and improving circulation
throughout the body.
I'd definitely recommend to include twists in your yoga practice,
especially to do them at home. You will notice a difference in your
health.
