Undercover Caterer

Undercover Caterer is a blog written by me, Sarah Singleton, a 40-some-odd-year-old woman (emphasis on odd) who calls Sacramento, California home.  The blog was started in 2008, after helping cater some parties and wanting to tell people the sometimes fun and sometimes ridiculous stories that went with them.  It continued more as an outlet to talk about my obsession passion for all things food-related, including cured meats, potato chips, out-of-print and vintage cookbooks, favorite tools, restaurants and foreign markets.  Oh, and for sharing recipes.
