We have opened up a new block of rooms with double beds at the Omni San Diego which is only a 7-minute walk to the San Diego Convention Center and all pricing is the same, $199 a night, single or double occupancy!
Why open up a new hotel? Well, our rooms with double beds at the Marriott Marquis (formerly known as the Marriott Hotel and Marina) are sold out. BUT!!! We do have king rooms that have a single bed sleeper in the room - it's actually kind of cool.
So, if you need a room with double beds, non negotiable, check the Omni, but if you can do a king bed with a single bed sleeper, the Marriott is still your choice.
