About Me: 

I am a 45 yr old  mom of 3 children, quasi-married for nearly 17 years and thoroughly enjoying the blogosphere. I keep a few blogs, but my family blog is what keeps me sane(ish) :)

Former breastfeeder, current homeschooler, co-sleeper and all around "weird" one of the family, I am also the oldest of 4, the youngest 2 being 13 & 14 years younger than me. 

Currently, I am a full time college student (distance learning), and hope some day to get a job at something slightly more prestigious than "you want fries with that?".

product reviews,news,television,marriage,family,babies,kids,depression - I lost 84 lbs in a year just before getting pregnant with my 3rd child. Have survived 3 c-sections, 2 hernia repairs and a small bowel obstruction that required my surgeon to remove adhesions from my small intestine.  Yay me!  About to go for another ct scan to verify the presence of yet another hernia, and thus the inevitability of ANOTHER abdominal surgery.  #(&*!
