    The winter months hinder our fresh fruit and fresh vegetable selections, but we do have other alternatives. I know many people, myself included, have a habit of getting in a rut with food and we tend to gravitate towards the same types of foods all of the time. When Johns Hopkins University researchers gave memory and reasoning tests to volunteers two times in 12 years, they found that those who suffer with migraines showed no decline over time.
