About Me:

Over the last few years I've gone from an out-of-shape, over weight, sugar addict---to a lover of fitness and clean eating. I'm a two time breast cancer survivor who loves life like never before--as I like to say, "I've stepped off the sidelines of life and into a world of limitless possibilities." It took a second diagnosis to--finally-- kick my butt into action.

I write about topics related to fitness, eating and looking & feeling fabulous. I'm 53 years young and look and feel better than I did at 25. My blogher posts are intended to inspire readers to live a healthier lifestyle by eating clean, getting fit and--just maybe--discovering the "Fountain of Youth" along the way.
