I'm a mother of four and survivor of postpartum depression, as well as a freelance writer, blogger and professional community moderator. My blog, http://ppdsurvivor.blogspot.com, is about my story as well as an outlet for others to share their PPD stories. I focus on PPD prevention because it is so preventable, and easily treatable, and I've had a number of nationally-recognized doctors, experts and authors comment on my blog to help me spread awareness of this devastating disorder.
