About Me: 

I am a freelance writer and lifestyle blogger.  I began over50feeling40.blogspot.com to inspire and encourage women over 50 to engage in the most exciting time of their lives!!  I write primarily for the every day woman....the woman who longs to look like fashion magazines but do not have the resources or the ideas as to how!!  So many women in this age group have shut down and I hope to inspire them to LIVE and enjoy LIFE...accept their ages and their bodies just as they are!! 

My real life (apart from the blogosphere) includes life as a wife, mother of three, and a high school journalism teacher...deep in the heart of Texas!
