It’s Sunday morning, the sun is shining and the heat is rising. A cool breeze blows through the trees and the bright green leaves and chocolate colored branches swipe against Assetou Seye’s Lakewood, CO apartment balcony. She sits on her black and white patio seat as she scrounges down her egg omelet; seasoned with peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, a couple pinches of salt crystals and ground pepper.
