  1. Christmas recipes: Make a Gingerbread House!

My "day job" is editing a Catholic women's magazine (www.canticlemagazine.com), and in next month's issue I write about building a gingerbread house to celebrate the Advent season. This is a fun whole-family activity... We build it the day after Thanksgiving, and demolish it on New Year's Day (with cold glasses of milk and mugs of steaming tea.) I thought this might be a good idea for your family, so here's the link that tells you how! http://mommymonsters.blogspot.com/2007/10/make-gingerbread-house-advent-... Good luck ... and God bless!
