  1. BlogHer 11: Amazing and other stuff

My mind is an emotional explosion today. I just spent the most amazing three days at Blogher'11; experiencing the most vast array of emotions and experiences you could pack into such a short time. I have so much to share.....View post here  Read more >

  2. Where Will You Be In August?

Yesterday, I woke early and had a few moments to myself. I actually turned on a "real" computer (as opposed to squinting my eyes at the tiny iPhone screen) and discovered (much to my dismay) that it is June. But actually I never was, as Chicago is too far away and I could never have afforded it anyway. But now I can't travel for six weeks anyway, so thank heavens I didn't have tickets.  Read more >

  6. Why Run?

A few months ago, I was meandering around the site of the Breast Cancer 3-day. It seemed like such a great cause. My grandmother is a breast cancer survivor. I worry about my mom and my aunts. I would love to see an end to breast cancer in my lifetime. Particularly before my girls get much older. It’s personal to me.  Read more >
