Pumpkin Bread and A Successful Start

It’s done! The first week of fall quarter has come and gone, and I’m doing alright. In all fairness, we didn’t start until Tuesday, so the rapid adjustment from working full-time to being a college student again was made a little bit easier. I can only hope that things will continue this way, but I’ll be soaking it all up just in case. . . ....more

The Missing Blogger & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi Everyone! It’s been a long time… I’m still here, but I’ve had to take a break from blogging for a while. Despite what it may seem , keeping up a blog is a ton of work. I LOVE it – I absolutely do – but it had to take the back burner while I finish up school. I’ve got two more weeks left, and I can’t wait until it’s done. . . ....more

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter, everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful day. I unfortunately don’t get to see my family today, and this will be my first Easter without them. . . ....more
