I keep pretty busy being a writer, teacher, student, liberal, feminist, environmentalist, and all-around loudmouth. I was born and raised in Iowa, but thought it would be smart to move to a great city (St Louis) in a former slave state. It puzzles me often. I spend my free time addicted to the interwebs, cooking, reading, writing, gardening, bumming around St Louis, elbow deep in homework, going to dive bars, going to rock shows, and judging people based on first impressions, then feeling either bad about it or affirmed by it. You may not have asked for my opinion, but you're going to get it.
