  2. Obesity in Children: Poor Parenting, Poor Food Choices, A Combo of Both or Something Else?

As many parents know, obesity in children has hit an epic high. Statistics from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention show 12.5 million children between the ages of 2 and 19 are considered obese. Think of it this way:1 out of 3 children is considered obese by his or her 5th (FIFTH!) birthday.Imagine three small children in the same room, and guess what? I didn't know what the content would be, but I heard that it was about how moms should learn a lesson from this mother-a lesson to slow down.  Read more >
