It was a wonderful Thanksgiving feast at a beautiful house with a great group of people. I usually don't eat carbs at night and I try to avoid sugar completely. However, Thanksgiving presents a special opportunity to give myself permission to let it go for a moment. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without the traditional gluttony.
