  1. A Festivus For The Rest Of Us

I'll never forget the first time I heard George Constanza nervously ramble to his boss about his father Frank's personal holiday, Festivus, a special observation set aside to protest all the mind-numbing,  Read more >

About Me:

Writer girl mets farmer boy, falls in love and moves to the ranch. Not long after, son #1 is born. Eighteen months later comes boy #2.

I'm Shonda Little and you can read more about my wild adventures in parenting, marriage and cattle at http://mommalittle.com. I have a different take on parenting than most. When my sons were first born, I tried in vain to give up the cuss words I hold so dear, but then I realized if I wasn't able to quit cursing, at least I could teach them the right way to do it.

Aside from my family and our work, I am very interested in politics, scrapbooking, cooking, crash diets with little output on my part, reading and, of course, sharing far too much information on my blog. Again, it is mommalittle.com.
