About Me: 
I'm a food writer, recipe developer/tester, food stylist and personal chef. Unlike most foodies, both the professionals and hobbyists, I only discovered my passion for food six years ago while living in Italy. It was there I took my first cooking class - more oil on everything! - and experienced the pure joy of the local farmer's markets. Since returning to the U.S., I've completely turned my life around, leaving my career in public relations for the unpredictable culinary world. I enjoy experiencing unique flavors, exploring new ingredients, and sharing wonderful meals with family and friends.
