  1. My name is Kat, and I am vaccinating my kids.

For all those new mommies out there, vaccines seem to be the big controversy. (See Jenny McCarthy.) I understand why some women are becoming anti-vaccine activists. 2. A Tale of Two Titties

About Me:

I am a new mom and loving every minute of it! I am a dietitian and will start back work part-time after Christmas at a center for surgical weight loss. I love to write. It is a huge outlet for me. Sometimes I may struggle for topics and that is cause for some really strange blogs. When something gets me fired up, it results in my best writing/ranting. Since '03, these wordy rants have affectionately been labeled "Inside Kat's Heads."

I love: My son Grififn, my husband Andrew,  all my fam and friends, running, training for marathons (sloooowly), cooking, animals, reading, pondering writing the book that will never happen, thinking about where to move after Memphis, and the list goes on.
