My name is Ashley and I'm a holistic nutrition student, actor & Weight Watchers Leader. I'm passionate about what I do, and am absolutely thrilled to have such a great balance of things in my life. In 2008 I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and over the last year I have worked to heal myself through a massive change in diet. I am now gluten free and vegan and am no longer in pain every day!

 I do musicals about 3 times a year and I adore being on stage. Some of my favourite roles include: Angel in The Rink, Daisy in On a Clear Day You Can See Forever, and Anne Boleyn/Elizabeth in REX (Februrary/March 2010)

I write a blog called "Dancing Through Life" which talks about my journey through this crazy/beautiful thing called life.
