About Me:

I am a former high school English teacher who dropped off the radar to raise children. I've also worked as a freelance feature writer for a local newspaper. I currently run a youth ministry program in my community. In addition to my blog, Dude, Where Am I?, I contribute to the Mom-Writers Literary Magazine as a regular columnist, Writer's Resource Editor, and blogger. MWLM is a bi-annual publication that is both online and in print. Look for my column, Welcome to My Circus, in the upcoming Spring issue (print version) of MWLM.
